This document governs the conditions for protecting the personal data of Users, which may be collected during their browsing on the Site.
This policy supplements the legal notices and the General Terms of Use.
DATA COLLECTED
The personal data collected in the context of the Company's activity are as follows:
- Identification data (last name, first name, email, phone number, company, job title, where applicable a copy of the identity card, particularly in the context of exercising a right of access, rectification or objection, or to comply with a legal obligation); ;
- Connection data and Cookies (IP addresses, connection logs) as detailed on the page: https://blanchicime.fr/cookies
The collection and processing of this data serves the following purposes:
- The proper functioning and continuous improvement of the Site, its services and its features; ;
- Managing contact requests, whatever the cause, and in particular, for commercial purposes, in the context of recruitment, or managing requests for the right of access, rectification and objection, erasure, restriction, portability of personal data,
- The development of commercial statistics,
- Sending newsletters.
In any case and for each defined purpose, the Company will use all means at its disposal to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data entrusted to it, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Thus, except for the aforementioned cases, no processing of personal data entrusted to the Company is carried out. The Company undertakes not to sell the collected data to third parties, subject to the following regarding the transmission of data to third parties via plugins.
METHOD OF DATA COLLECTION
As indicated in the T&Cs, the Company collects data notably through the following means:

By choosing one of these contact methods, the User agrees that their data will be collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy – Data Protection.
ACCESS TO COLLECTED DATA
Access to personal data is strictly limited to the Company's personnel and, where applicable, to its subcontractors or partners.
The data is stored on a hosting server located in France.
In any case, the Company undertakes to implement all technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the processing of personal data and the confidentiality of this data, in particular in application of the French Data Protection Act and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Site may use social plugins provided and operated by third-party companies, such as the Facebook, LinkedIn, Whatsapp buttons. Consequently, the User may send to third parties the information they view in a section of the Site.
If the User is not logged into their account with the third party, the latter will not be able to know their identity. If the User is logged into their account with the third party, then the latter may link the information or actions related to the User's interactions with the Site to the account that the User holds with that third party. The third party then records the data collected on the User in order to create personal user profiles, for targeted advertising, market research, or to inform other third parties about the User's activities on the Site.
It is the User's responsibility to consult the privacy policies of the relevant third parties to learn more about their data practices, BAGS (Blanchicime) having no control in this regard and, given the foregoing, must be discharged from any liability in this respect.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data is retained only for the duration strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with applicable regulations.
Except for specific cases mentioned herein, this data is retained for THREE (3) years from collection for the Site User, and from the end of the commercial relationship for customers.
The data is then, depending on the case, archived or deleted.
Personal data whose retention is mandatory (such as that which may appear on accounting documents, etc.) will be retained in archived form for the entire mandatory period under the applicable legal or regulatory regime.
During the retention period, BAGS (Blanchicime) implements all means in accordance with the state of the art to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and security of personal data, so as to prevent its damage, erasure or access by unauthorized third parties.

USER RIGHTS
The User has the following rights regarding the processing of their personal data:
- Right of access, rectification, updating,
- Right to lock or delete data, when it is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or whose collection, use, communication, or storage is prohibited,
- Right to withdraw consent at any time,
- Right to restriction of processing of one's data,
- Right to object to the processing of one's data,
- Right to data portability,
- Right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL,
- Right to define the fate of one's data after death.
However, these rights shall not prevent the retention of certain data that may have been collected to comply with a legal obligation or if it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the User is a party.

In order for the data controller to grant his/her request, the User may be required to provide certain information such as: his/her first and last name, email address, and account number, personal space or subscriber number, if applicable.
For any complaint regarding the collection, processing, and use of his/her personal data, the User is also entitled to contact the CNIL (National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties).
MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES
The Company's data protection policy applicable and binding on the User is the one published on the Site during browsing.
This policy is subject to change at any time, so the User is invited to refer to it during each browsing session to take note of any modifications made.
