These general terms of use (hereinafter \u00abthe General Terms\u00bb or \u00abthe GTU\u00bb) aim to define the conditions and procedures for using the site https:\/\/blanchicime.fr\/<\/a> (hereinafter \u00abthe Site\u00bb) owned by the Company BAGS (Blanchicime) (a simplified joint-stock company, whose registered office is located at 10 RUE GERMAIN SOMMEILLER, 74100 ANNEMASSE, whose SIREN identifier: 100242783) (hereinafter, \u00abthe Company\u00bb or \u00abBAGS (Blanchicime)\u00bb) and its use by any person who uses the Site or any of the services offered by the Site (hereinafter \u00abthe User\u00bb).<\/p>\n

Access to the Site by the User signifies their acceptance of these GTU.<\/p>\n

The fact that the Company does not, at any given time, invoke any of the stipulations of the GTU cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to subsequently invoke any of said stipulations.<\/p>\n

The Site is accessible free of charge from any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the Site (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility.<\/p>\n

The Site implements all means at its disposal to ensure quality access to its services. As the obligation is one of means, the Company is not bound to achieve this result.<\/p>\n

The Company's liability cannot be incurred due to a technical unavailability of the connection, whether due to (without the following list being exhaustive) a case of force majeure, maintenance, an update, a modification, an intervention by the host, an internal or external strike, a network failure, a power outage, as will be indicated below in Article 8.<\/p>\n
